GETTING MARRIED
IN A UNIQE FOREST SETTING

I do… want to get married at a unique location in Twente, the Netherlands. Plan your ceremony outside, on the edge of a heather at De Uitkijk Estate. Or have a fairy-tale wedding in the woods, under the branches of a heavy tree in a sandy pit behind the hotel. When the weather’s not cooperating, use one of the tastefully decorated halls with a forest view. Decorate the white wedding seats with flowers, and add large colourful bouquets for a romantic touch. Don’t rush it, take your time for the most special moment of your life.

Bridal cake & drinks

You both said yes! Landgoed De Uitkijk helps you raise your glass! We have plenty of bubbles on offer. The groom may swing a sword to cut off the top of a bottle of Magnum Champagne. Time to cut the bridal cake. Have a drink from the soft drinks bar, candy from the candy stall, or grab a beer from our zinc container full of special brews!

WEDDING DINNER

Enjoy a splendid wedding dinner at Landgoed De Uitkijk. Choose for romantic round tables, or make it more intimate with one long table for a sharing dinner. Tasting and sharing together, it’s all possible here. When the weather’s good, our chef can cook outside, on an open fire. Pass the buffet and taste the best grilled dishes from the outdoor kitchen. That’s how we create an informal atmosphere.

 

Wedding night

Of course, even when your wedding party has drawn to a close, you don’t want to go home! And you don’t have to, because you can spend your wedding night in our romantic bridal suite with whirlpool. Even your family and friends can sleep over, in one of our 12 stylishly decorated hotel rooms. The next morning, talk about your amazing day over a wholesome breakfast.

Winter is a beautiful and stylish season for weddings at Landgoed de Uitkijk. Nature surrounding the estate is in hibernation, frost whitens the trees, or maybe even a layer of snow! A wedding at De Uitkijk means an intimate, unforgettable day. A warm welcome with German-style glühwein, a bridal cake with seasonal accents, dining round the fire place, and a smashing evening party with burning torches surrounding the estate. Don’t worry about the weather, it’s nice and warm inside.
