In the atmospheric restaurant, light conservatory, and cosy living room of De Uitkijk in Hellendoorn, the Netherlands, you can enjoy delicious and pure food any time of day. Our chef prepares lovely artisanal dishes, made from seasonal local produce and ingredients. In the summer, our sun-kissed patio offers stunning views on the surrounding forests and heather. During autumn and winter, you can enjoy a wonderful wine on our heated veranda or at our fireplace.

OUR BIB GOURMAND RESTAURANT

Restaurant De Uitkijk’s menu offers the best from the forest and the land. Mushrooms from our own estate in autumn, spring asparagus from nearby Raalte, and salmon and trout from the local smokehouse in Marle. Cured and seasoned with fresh herbs from our own garden. Purely natural, straight on your plate, without tampering, that is chef Kyrian Kox signature. It led Michelin to rewarding our restaurant with a Bib Gourmand, the award for affordable culinary refinement. Hotel guests booking an arrangement may choose their favourite dishes from our menu as well.
